How do I book a tour?

Booking a tour is easy! All booking requests can be made via our website, email, social media direct messaging, WhatsApp or by simply calling us.

When placing your booking requests on our website via the “Add to Wishlist” feature, a Sales Representative will follow up with you via email during our standard hours of 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday and 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM on Saturday.

What type of payment do you accept?

Our preferred method of payment is online bank transfers in both USD & TTD currency, but we also accept certified cheques and direct bank deposits.

Are flights included in the tour packages?

Generally, our tour packages do not include flights as many of our guest prefer to use air miles or include other destinations on their trip. Nevertheless, our Jetset Travellers Team is committed to ensuring that your travel experience is as seamless as possible and will be more than happy to assist you in finding the best flight options that align with your travel plans.

Is a deposit or down-payment required?

Book your next vacation with our affordable and flexible, no interest payment plan!

To reserve your booking, a non refundable deposit of 25% is required. We understand the importance of flexibility and therefore offer monthly installment plans to make payments convenient for you.

However, please note that the total tour cost must be fully paid sixty (60) days before the scheduled start date. This ensures a seamless and organized arrangement for your upcoming adventure.

Are special requests welcome during the tour?

Certainly! Feel free to share your special requests such as anniversaries, proposals, birthdays, etc… with our team in advance and we will explore how best we can accommodate them to create lasting memories for you.

Please note that the cost for accommodating special requests varies based on the nature of each request and is not included in the standard tour package cost.

Do I need to purchase travel insurance for my trip?

Definitely! It is highly recommend and on some tours mandatory to purchase travel insurance once booking any of our tours with Jetset Travellers.

We suggest taking out comprehensive insurance before you travel to cover unexpected events and emergencies during your trip such as medical expenses, cancellations, personal injury, evacuation expenses and all COVID related expenses to name a few.

What is your cancellation policy?

  • ESCORTED, SELF GUIDED & GUIDED TOURS

    We recognize that plans can change, so we want to ensure you're familiar with our refund and cancellation policies. Once your booking is confirmed, we make financial commitments to our vendors and cannot refund payments or release you from your contractual obligations without incurring a penalty. Please review the following details carefully:

    > Your deposit payment secures your spot on the trip and is non-refundable.

    > If your trip starts in over 6 months, you'll get a full refund less the non-refundable deposit.

    > Between 6 months and 90 days, your full balance can be transferred to a future trip, minus the non-refundable deposit.

    > Cancelling between 60 and 90 days before departure incurs an 80% cancellation fee.

    > Cancelling between the tour start date and 60 days results in no refunds or credits. Unless, either you or our staff finds a participant to fill the vacant spot; If the vacant spot is filled due to efforts by our staff, we retain an administration fee of 10% of your total trip price.

    Please note all cancellations must be made in writing and refunds may take up to 15 days to process.

    Jetset Travellers Ltd. reserves the right to modify our itinerary, accommodations or activities if unforeseen circumstances require it, or if the physical condition of participants, weather, or other unexpected conditions deem it too risky to continue as planned.
